The Concept
Based on the journey of an Italian retro female character who is referred to as Sauci Mamma and her love of cooking with freshly grown produce. She will live in Tuscany in a small farmhouse not far from the town which will be encompassed by cobble stone streets. She is cheerful, vivacious, and friendly with a passion for cooking delicious and fresh Italian pasta and Sauci’s. She grows her own produce on her small farmland where she hand-picks and carries her produce to her quaint farmhouse kitchen. She also hand-makes her pasta. She is locally renowned for the simmering aromatic smells that drift from her kitchen window. Sauci Mumma grows and picks her own fruit and vegetables to cook her delicious Sauci’s which greatly attribute to her amazing flavours.
